We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Technology Department

New business development

  • Anticipate new potential customers and turn this into a growing business
  • Cold call as appropriate indoors to ensure there is a wide variety of opportunities
  • Meet potential customers by growing, maintaining, and benefiting from your network
  • Identify potential customers and decision-makers within the customer organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Arrange meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/managers
  • Approach plans and stages
  • Work with a team to develop proposals that respond to the needs, interests, and objectives of the client.
  • Participate in the price of the solution/service
  • Deal with objections by clarifying and affirming agreements and working through differences to a positive outcome
  • Use a variety of techniques to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Provide an image that reflects the image of the customer.

client retention

  • Introduction of new products and services and strengthening of existing relationships
  • Work with colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Organization and participation in deductions of internal and external clients.

business development planning

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide commentary and information on market trends and innovation.
  • Present and advise middle and senior managers on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales
  • Using market and competitor knowledge, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and advantages.

management and research

  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Anticipate sales goals and make sure you and your team hit them
  • Track and record account activity and help close deals to achieve these goals
  • Ensure basic requirements (such as pre-qualification or obtaining a list of vendors) are met in a timely manner
  • Provide business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal team members.
  • Research and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's employees and capabilities.
  • Understand the goal and purpose of the company and strive to lead your team to achieve them.
  • Demonstrates understanding of and supports the mission and vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and a code of ethical conduct.
  • Plan events that highlight corporate services
  • Develop an evaluation process for ingredient feedback.
  • Give a speech to volunteer organizations and committees on public relations, marketing, and development.

Technology management

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of developers and drive the implementation of complex technical projects
  • Leadership in technological culture
  • Use new web technologies to find creative solutions for web, social and mobile applications
  • Use your knowledge of interconnected systems to design applications and interact with customer and third-party technical teams to drive project implementation.
  • Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with experienced visual designers to implement projects in line with client expectations.

Create project configuration

  • Act as a strategic partner to other affiliates across a variety of clients and participate in every step of adding technology as a service.
  • Help clients plan and implement digital and IT transformation initiatives aligned with product and marketing roadmap
  • Enterprise design and architecture solutions for clients that address immediate needs and lay the groundwork for future growth and innovation in the digital space
  • Guide team members on technical approaches and best practices.
  • Bring a technology-informed culture of continuous learning to the office through internal conversations and events
  • Practical construction of solutions and prototyping.
  • Define and manage project roadmaps to achieve business goals and strategies.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, help define best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and pilot product release.
  • Bring real-world knowledge and experience to implement an innovative technology solution in the market
  • Fulfill all other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of work experience in sales management and technology.
  • Substantial experience in conducting technical analysis and research to build strategy.
  • Good knowledge of current technology trends.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or another related field
