JOB DETAILS/DESCRIPTION:

Grace Schools is looking for a professional, hard-working, and qualified teacher with at least three years of experience. The School demands independence, integrity, objectivity, competence and due care from all its personnel in carrying out their commitments. Likewise, organizations focus on achieving high-quality professional performance while maintaining the concept of individual responsibility. Policies and procedures have been established to ensure that professional engagements are planned and executed correctly.

Duties and responsibilities

In order to teach and impart knowledge to Grace Schools students as contained in the subject curriculum, a teacher must teach students as directed by school leadership.

 Prepare class plans with a work schedule and other teaching aids that are necessary for all the subjects that the teacher has to teach.

Give your class lesson exercises, homework, weekly and monthly exams so that the Rector can evaluate the academic performance of the class. At the end of each trimester, the teacher has to give a report of her work.

Manage and maintain student discipline in school and out of school and also be responsible for the general administration of their class.

Participate in the school's extracurricular activities, as well as in the other functions and responsibilities entrusted to them by the school's management.

Any other responsibility assigned by management in the exercise of its functions.

 Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education or higher preferred

Extensive experience in a teaching position, or similar, at least three (3) years of work experience or higher is preferred.

Deep knowledge of teaching and strategic planning.

Exceptional performance, leadership and communication skills.

Ability to promote efficiency towards the achievement of the objectives and profitability of the organization.

Advanced knowledge of best teaching practices.

Strong computer skills
