DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

i. To respond to customer inquiries about the Corporation's products and services and provide any other information related to our business;

ii. Answer customer calls by using the Call Center telephone system within defined time limits;

iii. Handling customer problems in a pleasant, safe and very helpful telephone manner;

iv. Resolve customer complaints promptly in accordance with the Corporation's processes and procedures;

v. Attend contentious calls with efficiency, empathy and assertiveness;

vi. Register detailed queries, requests and complaints from customers in the system for subsequent management;

vii. Resolve customer complaints courteously and escalate unresolved cases to an immediate team leader/supervisor for further assistance;

viii. Work as part of the customer service team and maintain a good relationship with other team members; and

ix. Perform any other function assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration with a specialization in Sales/Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics, Economic Planning or equivalent qualification from recognized Institutions.
